Here, your earnings are guaranteed to reach at least $100,000, or we’ll pay you the difference, making your financial growth our priority.

We’re looking for licensed agents who are ambitious, coachable, and ready to embrace a system that works. With us, you’ll earn 66%–100% bigger commission checks than the industry average, and you’ll benefit from a three-tier revenue share plan for long-term residual income. Our Go Serve Big mission means every transaction supports the community, turning your success into a shared victory. You’ll only need to cover a $250 monthly fee for desk, technology, and comprehensive back-office support, a small fraction of what you might spend on ineffective marketing elsewhere. $100,000 - $250,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Leverage pre-booked appointments to effectively present our real estate services and close deals.
• Collaborate with our administrative team to streamline processes and enhance client satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and improve sales techniques.
• Utilize our CRM system to track client interactions and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote our Go Serve Big mission and strengthen our brand presence.
• Provide feedback to the management team to help refine our sales strategies and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active Tennessee real estate license (or currently in the process of obtaining one)
• Self-motivated
• Driven
• Coachable - willing to follow a proven system
• Strong people skills and a genuine desire to help clients
• Reliable transportation and a smartphone

Preferred (Not Required):

• Previous real estate sales experience (any level)
• Experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Familiarity with the Tri-Cities, Tennessee market
