Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. New York State Personal Lines or Property & Casualty, and/or Life & Health licenses preferred. Bi-lingual Spanish speaker preferred but not required.
