Licensed Practical NurseLocation: Bluefield, VA 24605Term: Contract: 9 weeksShift: 07:00 am – 07:30 pm & 07:00 pm – 07:30 amStart: ASAPRequirementsState LPN license.BLS/CPR required.Must be VaccinatedMin 1 -2 year of LPN experience in rehab or skilled nursing facility will be preferred.ResponsibilitiesRecord a patient's medical history accurately.Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
