What You'll Do Provide compassionate, high-quality med-surg level nursing care to inpatients overnight Partner closely with a co-assigned RN to manage the 20-bed unit Monitor and respond to patient needs, including flu and other medical-surgical conditions Collaborate with the facility's care team to ensure smooth handoffs and continuity of care What We're Looking For Active RN license (NH) Comfort and confidence working night shifts Strong clinical skills in med-surg or inpatient care A team player who communicates well and stays calm under pressure Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
