What You ll Do

• Lead and manage a growing ENT division in alignment with organizational goals
• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department
• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care with minimally invasive techniques
• Collaborate across departments including cancer care partnerships with The Cleveland Clinic
• Drive innovation using advanced robotic surgical platforms
• Mentor and develop a team of surgeons and advanced practice providers
• Engage in research, educational initiatives, and community outreach

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in ENT (must be certified at start)
• Minimum clinical experience beyond training
• Strong leadership skills and commitment to high standards of care
