We are seeking a compassionate and bilingual (English and Spanish) experienced Wound Care Provider to join our advanced wound care team. The provider will evaluate and treat patients with acute, chronic, and non-healing wounds in accordance with evidence-based practices and applicable healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and wound evaluations.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Diagnose and treat diabetic ulcers, venous and arterial ulcers, pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and other complex wounds.
• Perform appropriate wound care procedures, including debridement and application of advanced wound care products.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, vascular studies, cultures, and other diagnostic services.
• Prescribe medications and coordinate referrals when medically necessary.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and facility staff regarding wound care, nutrition, offloading, infection prevention, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, specialists, home health agencies, and facility personnel.
• Follow Medicare requirements, organizational protocols, and all applicable federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida APRN, PA or MD license in good standing.
• Current national board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Valid DEA registration and prescriptive authority, when required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Wound care experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, documentation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience with electronic medical records and Medicare documentation preferred.
