Restaurant experience is helpful but not required-we are happy to train the right person!What You'll DoThis position supports both our front-of-house and kitchen teams. Responsibilities include:Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly between guestsKeep the dining room, outdoor Biergarten, and service areas clean and organizedAssist servers with clearing dishes and maintaining tables throughout serviceWash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipmentOperate the commercial dishwasher safely and efficientlyReturn clean dishes and equipment to the appropriate areasKeep the dishwashing station clean, organized, and stockedEmpty trash and recycling and maintain clean waste areasSweep and mop floors as neededAssist with opening and closing cleaning dutiesHelp restock supplies for the kitchen and service staffFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety proceduresJump in and help other team members when neededPerform other restaurant duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForDependable and punctualPositive attitude and strong work ethicWillingness to work hard and stay productive throughout the shiftAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environmentStrong attention to cleanliness and sanitationAbility to follow instructions and work well as part of a teamRestaurant experience is preferred but not requiredAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededPhysical RequirementsThis is an active position.
