What’s a typical day as Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

• Performing preventative and predictive maintenance on injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems, including motors, controls, sensors, relays, and AC/DC drives
• Diagnosing mechanical failures with hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, and drive systems
• Supporting troubleshooting of PLC-controlled equipment and performing basic fault tracing and component replacement
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, electrical schematics, ladder logic, and technical manuals
• Maintaining and repairing HVAC and facility support systems
• Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent repeat failures
• Documenting maintenance activities and work orders in SAP
• Collaborating with Engineering and Production teams to improve equipment uptime and reliability
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, reliability, and process stability
• Following OSHA and company safety standards, including LOTO procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bring 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required)
• Have at least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience as a mechanic or technician (required)
• Possess strong electrical diagnostics skills (120V–480V systems), and experience troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• Can read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and technical documentation
• Are skilled in documentation and communication
• Have 2+ years of experience working on molding machines (required)
• Preferably have experience with motor controls, VFDs, industrial automation systems, and CMMS/SAP
• Are physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, stand/walk for extended periods, and safely work around energized systems and moving machinery
