You will guide people and programs by working with senior business leaders in order to provide strategic and hands-on input, insight, and advice concerning organizational development, performance management, coaching/development, compensation, employee relations, conflict management, training and more. This role will also drive initiatives forward despite any unexpected roadblocks, as well as translating data into patterns, trends and influencing data-based decision-making. You will report directly to our Regional Director of HR and be based at the Mobile, AL location. Flexible work schedule subject to plant needs. Key Responsibilities: Owning end-to-end HR actions at the site Designing organizational structure to drive organizational effectiveness Succession planning and talent development/retention Executive coaching to improve manager capability Project management of key business priorities Analyzing data to drive critical business decisions Leading teams through change Relocation support may be provided.
