Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Culinary Manager to support the execution of the 2026 concert season at Mystic Lake Amphitheater. This role is responsible for leading kitchen operations across concessions, premium hospitality, suites, and special event culinary programs. The Culinary Manager supports the Executive Chef in staffing, training, execution, quality control, food safety, and event readiness while helping maintain a disciplined, high-performing kitchen culture. This position requires strong operational leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Culinary Manager will help drive execution of elevated menus, banquet-style service, premium pre-orders, and large-scale show day production while coordinating closely with culinary supervisors, warehouse, premium hospitality, and front-of-house teams. Key Responsibilities Support the Executive Chef in overseeing culinary execution across concessions, premium areas, suites, backstage, and special event locations Lead day-to-day kitchen operations including prep planning, production timelines, line readiness, service execution, and post-event breakdown Manage and develop culinary supervisors, line cooks, prep cooks, expo, dishwashers, and other back-of-house team members Assist in staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance oversight of culinary team members Ensure menus are executed to quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation standards Support elevated menu execution for premium hospitality areas, including suites, lounges, and banquet-style service environments Work closely with premium hospitality leadership on pre-ordered food experiences, timing of service, and guest-facing culinary standards Coordinate with teams using pre-order software to ensure accurate production, fulfillment, packaging, and timing of premium and suite orders Help build and maintain SOPs for kitchen execution, prep standards, service standards, banquet plating, and premium order workflows Maintain food safety, sanitation, HACCP-style discipline, labeling, temperature control, and regulatory compliance across all culinary spaces Monitor prep yields, product usage, waste, and kitchen efficiency to support food cost and labor goals Work with warehouse and inventory teams to align ordering, receiving, staging, and product availability with event needs Troubleshoot operational challenges in real time during events and adjust staffing or workflow as needed Support event-day communication between kitchen, premium service, warehouse, and management to ensure smooth execution Maintain organized kitchen environments and ensure equipment, tools, and stations are ready for each event #J-18808-Ljbffr
