Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our fast-growing team! This will be a recruiting role which will include: prospecting new candidates for open positions, reviewing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, managing the onboarding process, and maintaining an open line of communication with placed consultants. Required Experience: Ability to learn terminology and conceptualize highly technical job descriptions using online research methods Excellent communication, time management and negotiation skills Outgoing personality, naturally driven Strong ambition to work hard Internal Benefits: Base Salary + Competitive Commission Plan Bonus Plan Medical, Dental, and Vision plans 401k Paid holidays and PTO Who We Are: Zeektek is an IT staffing and solutions company located in the Greater Sacramento area.
