RecruiterOur client is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring efforts across the organization. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where building strong candidate pipelines is a priority.Key Responsibilities:Manage recruiting activity from requisition intake through offer stagePartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategiesSource candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channelsReview resumes and conduct initial candidate screeningsBuild and maintain active candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsCoordinate interviews and serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking systemPost and manage job openings across recruiting platformsProvide regular recruiting updates and pipeline reporting to hiring managers and leadershipSupport offer preparation, onboarding coordination, and pre-employment processesEnsure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-throughQualifications:2+ years of recruiting experience in an agency, corporate, or staffing environmentExperience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneouslyStrong sourcing and candidate engagement skillsAbility to build effective relationships with hiring managers and candidatesExperience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting toolsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demandsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyWhy This Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys owning the hiring process and building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
