Owner's PM / Architect - Institutional Projects in Boston

Project Manager An established project management consulting firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its growing Boston team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated project management professional or architect who wants more client exposure, ownership, and long-term growth potential. The firm is looking for someone who is ambitious, highly organized, and excited about helping expand the Boston market presence over time. Unlike many organizations, this team is deeply involved throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initial project vision and planning through occupancy and final details. Their client-first approach, attention to detail, and ability to tell the story behind a project have made them a trusted advisor to a wide range of institutions and organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project schedules, budgets, consultant coordination, and project execution. Lead client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder communication. Prepare meeting notes, project updates, and status reports. Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and project teams. Track project milestones and proactively identify potential issues. Support projects from early planning and conceptualization through occupancy. Maintain a responsive, client-first approach and ensure exceptional service delivery. A successful Owner's Project Manager should have: Experience working for an Owner's Project Management firm preferred Architectural professionals interested in transitioning into project management are encouraged to apply Strong client-facing communication skills Ability to work in fast paced environment Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive is a must Motivation to grow within the organization and take on increasing leadership responsibilities Note: PM's from General Contractors will not be considered for this position.
