Director, Health Systems Value Strategy

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Health Systems Value Strategy to lead the development and execution of portfolio-level value demonstrations for health systems. This role combines health economics expertise, strategic account management, and policy knowledge to translate clinical and financial insights into actionable partnership models within the Orthopaedics business.

Responsibilities

• Define and build evidence-based health system value frameworks quantifying clinical, operational, and financial impact
• Create portfolio-level value propositions connecting evidence, reimbursement intelligence, and customer data
• Build and lead a Hospital Administrator Advisory Board including charter design, recruitment, and engagement facilitation
• Advance value-based pricing strategies by providing reimbursement and economic insights to inform pricing decisions
• Enable strategic account teams with training, tools, and value conversation guides for executive-level customer engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health economics, public health, health policy, business, or life sciences
• 12+ years progressive experience in health economics, market access, or health systems strategy in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
• 3+ years leadership-level experience in related disciplines
• Deep knowledge of U.S. health system economics and executive decision-making processes
• Strong expertise in U.S. reimbursement, payment policy, coding, and coverage developments
• Demonstrated experience engaging health system executives and translating evidence into solutions
• Proven ability building new strategic programs or functions with enterprise impact
