The elementary school assignment is onsite, while the middle school may offer part-time flexibility, and there is room for Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs (with supervision from an SLP to provide services).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC or CFY accepted)
• North Carolina SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• Preferred: Minimum of 2 years experience in school-based settings
• Skilled in pediatric speech services—primary, related, and healthcare aspects
• Comfort providing both direct and consultative services
• Ability to supervise SLPA is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement IEP goals for a diverse pediatric caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Offer supervision to SLPAs, as needed
