What You'll Do

• Process and enter prescription orders accurately and in compliance with pharmacy regulations.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain missing prescription information and resolve discrepancies.
• Verify prescription coverage and investigate insurance benefits.
• Coordinate medication deliveries and support patient adherence programs.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medications, allergies, and medical history.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, nursing teams, healthcare providers, and internal partners to support patient care.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance pharmacy operations.
• Support daily pharmacy activities, including inbound/outbound communications and special projects.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of North Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.05 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
