Psychologist

LifeStance Health seeks a licensed Psychologist to provide outpatient assessment, therapy, and testing for children, adolescents, and adults in a high-quality, accessible behavioral health setting. In this hybrid role, you'll deliver evidence-based care in-person and via telehealth, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with psychiatrists and therapists. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychological evaluations, psychotherapy, and testing for children, adolescents, and adults Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and monitor progress Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and treatment records in the EMRParticipate in case consultations, team meetings, and peer collaboration Provide crisis assessment, safety planning, and referrals as needed Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for psychological practice Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education Contribute to a patient-centered, culturally sensitive care environment Utilize telehealth and in-person modalities to increase access to care Required Skills Psychological assessment and testing Individual and family psychotherapy Diagnostic evaluation and differential diagnosis (DSM-5-TR) Evidence-based treatment planning Crisis assessment and safety planning Electronic Medical Records (EMR) documentation Telehealth service delivery Clinical risk assessment and management Cultural competence in mental health care Interdisciplinary clinical collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr
