Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Durham, NC working in an outpatient setting to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. This role supports an outpatient orthopedic patient population with opportunities to work across nearby clinics. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred. This client prefers clinicians with outpatient experience. Productivity expectations include approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day; experience managing similar productivity is preferred. Ability to double-book follow-up visits as part of typical patient flow. Willingness to float to other clinics within the regional network as needed. Ability to work up to 40 hours per week; 36 hours guaranteed. Preferred Qualifications Experience in multi-clinic outpatient settings or travel therapy teams. Previous experience with productivity targets and managing caseloads of 12–14 patients daily. Experience with orthopedic evaluation and treatment across adult outpatient populations. Assignment Details Shift: Days. Float to other clinics within the regional network is required. Clinic options include locations in Durham and neighboring communities such as Apex, Chapel Hill, Cary, Holly Springs, Morrisville, Pittsboro, Sanford, and Pinehurst. 36 hours guaranteed with expectation to work up to 40 hours per week. Productivity expectation: approximately 60 visits per week; typically 12–14 patients per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
