We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills and most importantly the ability to provide our customers an excellent level of service. Leading and training a staff in providing exceptional customer service. Store opening and closing responsibilities. Driving sales through customer service and report analysis. Qualifications Must have 5 years of RETAIL management experience. Strong organizational and leadership skills and interpersonal/communication skills; as well as problem solving ability and analytical skills. Enthusiasm and initiative are key. Ability to provide our customers with a high level of service, as well as train and motivate the staff to do the same. Build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment.
