Job DescriptionCompany Description BIDS Light Diesel Repair, LLC is a specialized diesel repair shop focused on providing reliable, high-quality service for light, medium, and heavy duty diesel trucks and equipment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Diesel Technician role based in Queen Creek, AZ. We also provide mobile repair services. The Diesel Technician will perform routine and complex maintenance on diesel vehicles/equipment, including inspections, diagnostics, and repairs to engines, drivetrains, braking systems, and electrical components. Daily responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance services, identifying and troubleshooting mechanical issues, ordering and installing parts, and documenting all work performed.The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work area, using diagnostic tools and service manuals, and collaborating with team members to complete work efficiently. The Diesel Technician will communicate clearly with customers and office staff regarding vehicle status, recommended repairs, and timelines. Must be flexible, we work on a little bit of everything.QualificationsStrong skills in automotive and cunstruction equipment diesel repair.Experience with welding and oxy/acetylene operations.Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and technical manuelsExperience with hydraulic systems and fabracating hydraulic hoses.Ability to read and interpret repair manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins.Must have a valid drivers license and can be insured.Good attitude and come to work ontime.
