Server Position At Casa Blanca

Casa Blanca located inside Casa de Montecristo by JR Cigar is looking for a server. The ideal candidate will have one year experience in bar/restaurant along with being available to work a flexible work schedule including nights and weekends and some holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
• Attend to customers upon entry
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Issue bills and accept payment
• Promote dedication from customers
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications/Skills

• Proven restaurant serving or waitress experience
• Customer-oriented approach and patience
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Hands on experience in cashier duties
• Excellent people skills
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Attention to cleanliness and safety

Work Environment/Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to smoke or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Physical demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel or sit; the employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include the ability to adjust focus.

Salary Range

USD $7.00 - USD $7.00 /Hr.
