As a Dispatch Officer at a financial institution location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor activity, and support timely responses to incidents and service requests. You will use computer and/or tablet systems to document information, manage access control and badge-related activity, and communicate professionally with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor dispatch communications, receive and prioritize service requests, and coordinate the deployment of appropriate personnel to incidents and routine assignments.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, communicating relevant information to supervisors and site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying timely information to appropriate responders and management.
• Monitor access points, alarm notifications, and surveillance systems as assigned, reporting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access at the financial institution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Experience with access control and badge processes is preferred.
• Experience operating a Segway or T3 is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
