Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for student-centered and evidence-based practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy to students with a range of communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to integrate services and support student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress monitoring and report writing
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student planning
