24 Hour Fitness in San Juan Capistrano seeks a Head Coach to create a healthier, happier world by delivering seamless fitness experiences for members and coaches. The Head Coach will be focused on member retention, client acquisition, and supporting the club's Fitness Coach Team. In this role, the Head Coach will spend approximately 60% of time in personal training sessions and 40% onboarding, training, and supporting Coaches.
