3PL Warehouse Operations Supervisor
TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an experienced 3PL Warehouse Operations Supervisor in the Pasadena, TX area. This position is with a high-volume warehouse operation and requires a hands-on leader with strong 3PL warehouse experience.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, firm but professional, and comfortable leading a fast-paced warehouse team. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to give direct feedback, and the ability to manage daily operations with accuracy and accountability.

Schedule
Monday through Friday - 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Must be available to work Saturdays as needed
Job Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume 3PL environment
- Supervise warehouse employees and ensure daily workflow is completed accurately and efficiently
- Manage export activity, including manual paperwork and documentation
- Ensure orders, paperwork, and warehouse processes are completed with strong attention to detail
- Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability to warehouse team members
- Monitor productivity, accuracy, and safety throughout the shift
- Operate or oversee forklift activity as needed
- Maintain a professional, organized, and productive warehouse environment
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse supervisory experience
- Must have experience in a 3PL warehouse environment
- High-volume warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience required
- Strong attention to detail, especially with paperwork and documentation
- Ability to lead employees, give direct feedback, and hold team members accountable
- Must be self-driven, dependable, professional, and safety-minded
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
