Here, you will find talented peers, comprehensive benefits, a culture guided by diversity and inclusion, career growth opportunities and your lifes best work.Position Location: 131 W Bostian Rd, Woodinville, WA 98072Position Schedule:Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:30pmPrimary Responsibilities:Perform sterile compounding according to company policy and regulations including USP 797 and USP 800Maintain competency related to performing sterile compoundingParticipate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including medication and supply ordering, receiving, and maintenanceTroubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues relating to compounding.Participate in completing and documenting all cleaning and monitoring activities identified for areas related to sterile compounding including daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning requirementsWork within a team to triage and respond to all compounding needs promptlyMaintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compoundingYoull be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:1+ years of pharmacy experienceActive and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in the state of WashingtonAbility to work onsite at 131 W Bostian Rd, Woodinville, WA 98072Preferred Qualifications:1+ years of consistent sterile compounding experienceAbility to work independently to solve high-stakes problemsCertified Compounded Sterile Preparations Technician (CSPT) certificationPharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) certificationPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand for up to 8 hours with intermittent breaksAbility to lift to 30 poundsAbility to climb stairs and ladders Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $18.00 to $32.00 per hour based on full-time employment.
