Warehouse Receiver / Warehouse AssociateLocation: El Paso, TX Job Type: Full-Time Pay rate: $15/hr. We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Receiver / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in receiving inventory, maintaining accurate stock levels, pulling sales orders, assisting customers, and ensuring our warehouse remains clean, safe, and organized.Responsibilities:Receive and unload incoming shipments using a forklift and other warehouse equipment.Inspect shipments for damage, accuracy, and quantity.Verify products against packing slips and purchase orders.Enter receiving information into the warehouse management system (WMS).Label, sort, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.Maintain accurate inventory records.Process receiving paperwork, including packing slips and invoices.Report shipment discrepancies or damaged merchandise.Pull and stage customer sales orders accurately.Keep the sales order area organized to prevent duplicate pulls.Maintain a clean and organized receiving dock and warehouse.Operate the cardboard baler and dispose of recyclable materials properly.Assist customers in the showroom, including loading purchases.Make local deliveries when needed.Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.Qualifications:Previous warehouse receiving or warehouse experience preferred.Forklift experience is required.Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).Strong computer and data entry skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Basic math skills for inventory verification.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
