Key Personnel is seeking a Women's Health Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

LPN Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

LPN Pay Rate: $25/hr

LPN Responsibilities (Women’s Health Focus):

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, including reproductive and gynecologic history as appropriate
• Administer medications and immunizations as directed by the provider, including women’s health treatments as ordered
• Assist providers with women’s health exams, procedures, and treatments (e.g., well-woman exams, Pap smears, contraceptive care support)
• Prepare patients for in-office procedures and provide appropriate comfort and education
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
• Provide patient education related to women’s health topics such as preventive care, reproductive health, and treatment plans
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and properly prepared for women’s health visits
• Support patient flow and coordinate care within the clinical team
• Perform other duties as assigned

LPN Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Current BLS/CPR certification

LPN Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in women’s health, OB/GYN, or related outpatient clinical setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach with sensitivity to women’s health need
