PALCO, A  Western PA distributor of Kohler Power Systems  is seeking an
for a Service Advisor (M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Responsibilities may include:

• Calling customers
• Scheduling Generator Repairs
• Scheduling Generator Routine Maintenance
• Handling billing issues

Requirements:

• Computer Skills
• Prior experience of scheduling and repair
• Mechanical experience preferred
• Multitask and process driven
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• This is a fast-paced environment

Candidates with electrical knowledge are preferred .
Typical shift is M-F 800am-500pm, but may require overtime as dictated by the needs of the business.
