School IT Help Desk Tier I Technician

Helena Public Schools is seeking a Tier I Help Desk Technician to serve as the frontline support for staff and students. You will handle Office 365, Teams, PowerSchool and basic hardware issues across Windows, Mac and Chromebooks.
The role supports 1,000 employees across 18 campuses with a team of 13, and offers a starting hourly rate in the low to mid-20s plus a comprehensive benefits package. This is an on-site position at Lincoln Center.
