Securities, investment advisory, and financial planning services are provided through qualified registered representatives of MML Investors Services, LLC, Member SIPC. This structure offers advisors access to a broad range of products and resources within a regulated, client-focused environment. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Advisor role based in the Jacksonville metro area of Florida. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial situations, clarify short- and long-term goals, and develop personalized financial plans. Daily responsibilities include analyzing investment options, retirement planning strategies, insurance needs, and overall financial risk, as well as presenting recommendations in a clear, accessible manner. The role involves regular client follow-up, monitoring progress toward goals, and adjusting plans based on changing circumstances or market conditions. The Financial Advisor will also build and maintain a client portfolio through networking, referrals, and collaboration with internal teams, while adhering to regulatory requirements and firm compliance standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Financial Planning and Financial Advisory skills to design, present, and manage comprehensive client strategies. Candidates should possess solid Finance and Investments knowledge to analyze portfolios, evaluate risk, and recommend appropriate products and solutions. Candidates should possess Retirement Planning expertise to help clients prepare for income needs, asset preservation, and long-term security. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, professional ethics, and a client-first mindset, with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business) or equivalent professional experience is preferred. Industry licenses and registrations (such as securities licenses and state insurance licenses) or willingness to obtain them within a defined timeframe are beneficial.
