Level 3 Caregiver Needed

Home Matters Caregiving – Pittsburgh, PA
Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Types: Full-Time, Part-Time | Work Location: In-Person

We are currently hiring Level 3 Caregivers in the Pittsburgh area to join our growing team.

• Competitive pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour , based on experience

• Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs

• Assist with transportation, errands, and appointments

• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate team members

• Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, personalized care
  

• Compassionate and dependable individuals

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience with seniors preferred

• Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)

• Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance***

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and TB test

• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including lifting, transferring, pushing, and/or pulling 150+ lbs , with or without reasonable accommodation

• Preferred experience safely operating mobility and transfer equipment, including Hoyer lifts, gait belts, sit-to-stand lifts, and other assistive devices used to support client mobility and safe transfers
