Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP-CCC licensure valid in Ohio
• Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the junior high level
• Comprehensive understanding of IEPs, speech/language assessment, and intervention strategies
• Knowledge of state-specific educational requirements for school-based SLPs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for junior high students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs in both individual and small-group settings
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, parents, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
