We are seeking a freelance Creative Project Manager to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, high-volume marketing initiatives. This mid-level role is well suited to an organized, systems-minded professional who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage evolving priorities, and help deliver creative work efficiently at scale.


About the Role


As a Creative Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end workflows across a range of global marketing projects. You will partner closely with creative, marketing, production, and operations stakeholders to establish clear plans, manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and keep deliverables moving from kickoff through completion.


What You'll Do

• Lead project workflows across multiple teams, stakeholders, deliverables, and timelines.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, task trackers, and dependency maps.
• Turn ambiguous requests into practical processes, clear priorities, and actionable next steps.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, production, and operations partners to support timely delivery.
• Monitor project risks, address blockers, and communicate progress, changes, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Improve operational systems, production processes, and collaboration workflows as business needs evolve.
• Support adoption of emerging tools, automation, and augmented production-design workflows.
• Help maintain consistent project documentation and promote effective team planning practices.


What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated mid-level project management experience in marketing, creative production, digital operations, or another fast-paced delivery environment.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• A systems-thinking approach and the ability to improve workflows while managing day-to-day execution.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and defining processes in evolving environments.
• Clear, confident communication and stakeholder-management skills across functions and seniority levels.
• Experience with automated production workflows, emerging technology, or augmented systems is highly valued.
• Familiarity with digital asset management platforms, component libraries, or related tools is a plus.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or e-commerce environments is preferred.
