Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.How Role will make an impact:Prepare, submit, and monitor IT Purchase RequestsCoordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate procurement needsTrack approval workflows and status updates, ensuring timely processing and escalation when neededMaintain accurate records of procurement submissions and approvals for audit and reporting purposesProvide regular updates to program managers and acquisition leads on procurement status and timelinesCollaborate with financial analysts and IT teams to align purchases with budget and technical specificationsPrepare briefings and reports for leadership on procurement activities and outcomesMaintain Software, Hardware, and Support Service Period of Performance databaseProvide reporting and support for leadership to ensure procurement records are maintained and availableAct as a liaison between subject matter experts (SMEs) within technical departments and procurementStrong coordination skills to ensure project and portfolio performance are met, track progress against planned budget, and provide regular reports and analysis to leadership and stakeholdersRequirementsWhat you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain active Secret ClearanceThree (3) years of professional experience in acquisition support with preparing procurement packages and/or artifacts for the procuring activities.Experience in conducting market research, acquiring vendor quotes, preparing, submitting, monitoring IT Purchase RequestsProficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel - running and creating functions, pivot table and chartsStrong independent work ethic while able to work collaboratively within a team environmentStrong written communication skillsWhat Sets you apart:Active Secret clearance Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:Sit for extended periods of time and work at a computer workstationUse hands and fingers to operate keyboards, mice, and other input devicesCommunicate effectively, both verbally and in writingSpecific vision abilities required may include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjustStand, walk, bend, or reach; Access equipment located in data centers, offices, or under desksLift and/or move equipment weighing up to 25 poundsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
