About the Contractor Role Honey Mama’s is looking for an enthusiastic, relationship-driven Brand Ambassador Lead to bring the Honey Mama’s magic to life during Costco Roadshows. This contract pays $30/per hour worked. As a key face of the brand, you’ll build strong relationships with customers, CDS, and Costco staff. You’ll help ensure Honey Mama’s stands out during our roadshows while also creating memorable customer experiences through engaging and brand storytelling. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves being on the road, enjoys connecting with new people, and is energized by representing a fast-growing brand in new markets. This position is highly travel-focused and may require extensive regional and national travel, including overnight stays for events and roadshows. This contract is for about 8 weeks. Key Responsibilities Represent Honey Mama’s with enthusiasm, professionalism, and deep product knowledge across roadshows Demo and sell Honey Mama’s fudge bars through engaging tastings and meaningful customer interactions Educate shoppers on ingredients, sourcing, flavor profiles, and what makes Honey Mama’s unique Create warm, inviting, and memorable customer experiences that drive product trial and sales Travel to assigned events and Costco warehouse locations, including overnight stays as needed Set up, maintain, and break down demo and roadshow displays according to company and event standards Maintain clean, organized, and visually compelling demo spaces Track sales performance, customer feedback, inventory needs, and regional event results Assist with Costco sales tracking by region and roadshow performance reporting Work independently in the field while maintaining strong communication with internal teams Schedule, Travel & Availability Wednesday through Sunday availability required Must be available for weekends, peak shopping hours, and extended event days Ability to travel, depending on roadshow assignments Frequent regional and national travel required, including overnight stays Overnight travel may be required for the full duration of certain events and Costco roadshows Must be comfortable working in a highly mobile, field-based role with frequent travel between markets Requirements Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Ability to meet in-store and food safety requirements, including food handling permits if applicable Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Preferred Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in brand ambassador, field marketing, merchandising, or CPG/food & beverage sales Experience with demos, sampling programs, or retail activations strongly preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Comfort with basic sales data analysis and performance tracking Entrepreneurial mindset with excitement for working at a fast-growing natural foods brand Passion for food, wellness, and high-quality ingredients #J-18808-Ljbffr
