What You’ll Be Doing
- Integrate multimodal data (imaging, EMR, pathology, molecular) into unified datasets
- Build AI/ML models for survival prediction and prognostic classification
- Apply NLP/LLM to extract insights from unstructured clinical notes
- Collaborate with clinicians to define endpoints and validate models
- Lead data science in retrospective/prospective studies
About You
- MS/PhD in Biomedical Informatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Bioengineering, or related
- 5+ years in biomedical data science or clinical informatics
- Expertise in EMR/PACS, NLP, AI/ML, Python, SQL
- Experience with survival models and oncology/radiology data preferred
