We’re seeking a Physical Therapist for a flexible PRN opportunity (15–20 hours/week ideal, with potential for additional hours based on caseload and availability). Why You’ll Love This Model • 1:1 patient care focused on meaningful, real-world function and independence • Therapy delivered in home and community-based settings • Flexible scheduling—design your own week (no weekends or holidays) • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and co-treatment opportunities • Clinical autonomy to build functional, patient-centered treatment plans • Hourly compensation for both direct and indirect time (not a PPV model) Responsibilities Perform evaluations, re-evaluations and develop treatment plans as the primary therapist from initial evaluation to discharge Attend staffing meetings and family conferences Make appropriate recommendations for safety, and provide referral and education resources Communicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes Qualifications Minimum of bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from a college or university with accredited Physical Therapy program Current, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist by state in which practicing Current Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance state regulations A minimum of 2-3 year’s work experience as a Neuro - PT preferred Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury
