Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries related to our products and services.
• Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and account management, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and track feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency, share best practices, and elevate the customer experience.
• Stay informed about product updates and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to effectively manage customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and general computer proficiency.
