Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Your expertise will directly impact students through individualized plans crafted in coordination with teachers and families. Qualifications and Experience Needed: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but clinical fellows are encouraged to apply Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is a plus Ability to collaborate with educators, support staff, and caregivers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills and adaptability What Youll Do: Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain clear, timely documentation of student progress and interventions Consult with teachers and staff on communication strategies and classroom modifications Provide support and education for families on at-home strategies to reinforce progress Stay abreast of best practices and legislative requirements for school-based speech therapy Imagine a role where each day brings new opportunities to make a difference, while collaborating with passionate educators and families.
