Encore Label & Packaging is hiring a Flexographic Press Operator with experience in label printing and packaging manufacturing . This role is ideal for candidates with Mark Andy or similar flexo press experience , looking for a stable, full-time opportunity in Charlotte.
Pay & Schedule- $19.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4-day work week
- Overtime available
- Set up and operate flexographic printing presses (Mark Andy, CEI, or similar)
- Perform press setup, color matching, and quality control
- Run pressure-sensitive label jobs from start to finish
- Troubleshoot press issues and maintain production efficiency
- Work with die cutting, rewinders, and finishing equipment
- Review job tickets and ensure accurate production setup
- Maintain equipment and perform routine preventive maintenance
- Use shop floor systems for job tracking and reporting
- 2+ years experience as a Flexographic Press Operator or Printing Press Operator
- Experience in label printing or packaging manufacturing preferred
- Familiarity with Mark Andy presses, die cutting, or narrow web printing
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
