Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure and certification
• Previous experience delivering speech therapy in school or pediatric settings
• Teletherapy experience strongly preferred; comfort with digital platforms and communication tools
• Strong evaluation, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills
• Compassionate, adaptable, and effective communicator with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention services to students with communication disorders
• Create, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential student documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
• Utilize teletherapy platforms to provide high-quality services when remote sessions are needed
• Offer support and education to school teams regarding speech and language strategies
