Base pay range $170,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Overview The Director of Digital Transformation will serve as a visionary leader driving operational efficiency and modernization across the organization. Partnering closely with division leaders, this role will identify opportunities to enhance processes through innovative technology, including AI-driven solutions, delivering measurable value while simplifying operations. This is a unique chance to shape a culture of continuous improvement and position our business for long-term success. Responsibilities Your Next Challenge: Conduct in-depth assessments of current processes and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness through innovative tools and streamlined approaches Strategize & Execute: Develop and execute strategies that integrate AI (e.g., agentic automation) and other technologies with process modernization to deliver measurable business value. Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Partner with senior leadership and diverse teams to modernize operations, boost efficiency, and align transformation efforts with strategic business goals Mentor & Empower: Build and guide a high-performing internal/external team passionate about technology and process excellence, fostering a collaborative environment. Drive Change: Act as the primary change agent, designing and communicating strategies that cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and operational agility. Collaborate & Deliver: Build trust with business partners through transparent planning and communication, delivering quick wins and long-term outcomes that meet their needs. Provide executive leadership with regular, data-driven performance updates Qualifications Who You Are Disciplined & Strategic: You are comfortable designing and executing transformational initiatives that cut across organizational silos. You bring an MBA-level strategic mindset while remaining deeply technical Process Champion: You excel at analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and applying lean methodologies—often powered by AI—to streamline operations and boost productivity. Your approach is data-driven and collaborative Innovative Problem Solver: Whether deploying technology to unlock efficiencies or re-engineering processes, you thrive on creative, sustainable solutions Leadership & Communication: You’ve led cross-functional teams in multinational enterprises, inspiring trust, driving accountability, and fostering open, transparent communication. Colleagues describe you as professional, passionate, diplomatic, ethical, and a true partner Technically Proficient: You bring hands-on experience with modern AI applications (including agentic automation), business intelligence platforms, and process automation tools, skillfully bridging technology and business outcomes. Your Next Challenge (cont.) A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in technology-driven business transformation, tech-enabled process improvement, or digital strategy roles in complex, multinational organizations Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) is required; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred. Digital Transformation & Process Optimization: Demonstrated success leading transformation initiatives and process improvement projects using lean principles. Proven expertise in leveraging technology, including automation and AI, into business operations. Technical Acumen: Deep proficiency in emerging AI trends (e.g., agentic automation), digital tools, data analytics, and modern IT systems, with experience developing KPIs, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI metrics for technology initiatives. Project & Change Management: A track record of managing complex projects from inception to delivery. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or process improvement (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus but not required. The starting salary range for this position at the time of posting is USD $170,000 to USD $200,000 per annum. This range may vary by location and is subject to change.
