Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (PCU RN) for a travel assignment in Watertown, NY. Key Responsibilities of the PCU RN

• Utilize thorough knowledge of nursing principles to provide quality patient care
• Assess patient's needs including clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual aspects
• Recognize safety issues and safely assist with patient mobility
• Perform effectively in stressful situations with strong problem-solving skills
• Lead with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
• Assume duties as a charge nurse when required
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Requirements of the PCU RN

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current NY RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH certification required; PALS preferred
• Completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment
• Current critical care experience preferred
