ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2011 and has grown into a team of 13 across two offices. I started my career as a State Farm team member and have been with the company since college, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for building a supportive, high-performing team.

We stay active in the community by sponsoring local events and supporting organizations throughout the area. Being involved locally is something I truly enjoy and believe is an important part of running an agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Nicole Williams - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensación: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
