Direct Hire
Salary $110,000 - $130,000 annually
Shift: 7am-7pm (Flexibility needed)What’s a typical day as Maintenance Manager? You’ll be:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing the maintenance team to achieve departmental goals
• Overseeing the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Developing and managing preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Establishing and maintaining detailed maintenance records and computer logs
• Ensuring alignment with company objectives for energy efficiency, ISO compliance, and green initiatives
• Managing maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of parts and supplies
• Coordinating and overseeing third-party contractors and vendors for specialized services
• Driving continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and maintenance processes
• Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams to support operational excellence

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience
• Possess proven leadership experience in an industrial maintenance environment
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Have experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
• Are familiar with ISO 50001, 9001, 14001, or similar standards
• Exhibit excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills
• Bring solid problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement
