The Bartender is a key member of our service team responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. If you are a skilled mixologist with a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks, with precision and creativity.Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and engage in friendly conversations. Provide recommendations and ensure guests have an enjoyable experience.Mixology: Create and innovate cocktails while following established recipes and maintaining consistency in presentation and taste.Bar Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the proper storage and labeling of all ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and bar tools.Inventory Management: Monitor and track inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage the rotation of perishable items to minimize waste.Cash Handling: Process guest payments accurately, handle cash responsibly, and provide change or receipts as required.Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all relevant alcohol laws and safety regulations, including checking identification to verify the legal drinking age and refusing service to intoxicated guests.Teamwork: Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and seamless service.
