Each aide will focus on one client and work daytime shifts.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist with client mobility
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Perform housekeeping tasks
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor client health and report changes

 

Required Qualifications

• HCA Certificate

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level home care experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong patient care skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Empathy and compassion
