Exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist interested in making a real impact with Pre-K through 12th grade students. This full-time contract position is based near Harrison, ME, offering the chance to work closely with a diverse caseload of 38-42 students and be an integral part of a supportive school environment.

Ideal candidates have experience in school-based SLP roles and a passion for empowering students’ communication skills. The position is set to start on 8/31/26, with a preference for those able to participate in orientation and safety trainings from 8/24 to 8/28 (not mandatory).

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience providing services in a school setting with preschool through high school-age students
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to a dynamic caseload spanning Pre-K through 12th grade
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain clear documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Support students across academic and social settings to maximize communication access
