We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Buyer/Planner/Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sweetwater, TN. This Direct Hire position is ideal for someone beginning a career in manufacturing, purchasing, or production planning. The Buyer/Planner/Logistics Coordinator will coordinate material purchases, monitor inventory, support production scheduling, and communicate with suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Shipping, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and suppliers to support efficient manufacturing operations and on-time customer deliveries. Responsibilities

• Assist with purchasing consumables, packaging, and production supplies.
• Create and process purchase orders.
• Assist in maintaining daily and weekly production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and report potential shortages.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain professional communication with suppliers regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Schedule inbound and outbound freight shipments.
• Coordinate shipments with freight carriers, suppliers, and customers
